Wolfson entered into a collaborative partnership with The Performance Collective a few years ago and our first engagement was a Leadership Development Programme. Using a blend of individual and group-based interventions, this leadership programme had real-life challenges thrown into the mix and did what it said on the tin – developed strong leadership skills. Fiona herself brings strong facilitation skills coupled with astute challenge and a real passion for learning and development. All this has translated into robust, comprehensive programmes for Wolfson and a strong working relationship with The Performance Collective.
The combination of high-challenge and high support, as well as the blending of the strategy and personal skills development had made the programme a success. There were some surprises in the people who emerged as high potentials.
