The programme has led to a number of specific impacts for HIE: the creation of a pool of current and future leaders; enhanced strategic thinking and awareness among middle to senior managers; the introduction of a robust and common approach to problem solving; the development of a common language that can be used throughout the organisation and enhanced project activity.
