Founded and led by:
Fiona Gifford has over thirty five years’ experience of leading and developing high performing teams. Her early career focused on delivering strategic change in blue chip organisations and she held senior positions in HR, OD, Regional Service Delivery, Shared Services and Change Management at NEC, Motorola and RBS Group. She has led global programmes through multi-cultural and virtual teams with an exceptional track record of success.
The Collective
Mark has played an integral role in the development and evolution of our work with leaders. Mark founded re-find the future® in 2002 as a transformational approach to leadership, organizational, and personal renewal. As managing partner of re-find the future®, he shares this innovative practice with Robert Henderson, with an aim to grow more leadership everywhere. Renewal is at the core of this work.
Milda Zinkus is an experienced OD professional, facilitator and coach. Before moving into consultancy, she had over 16 years experience in HR, leadership development and organisational change roles in the food industry and financial services.
