Penny Sherwood (England based)
Penny Sherwood has wide experience of delivering coaching processes within organisations, and supporting senior managers and their teams in challenging business environments and through major change projects .She has worked with business leaders to design and deliver interventions for teams for a wide range of development linked requirements. She has facilitated group interventions at all levels of the organisation; from top leadership team, to wide extended departmental team, through to small team / work unit scale.
As part of this work she has helped individual leaders and managers examine their own level of engagement and clarify what needs to be put in place (including their own individual development plans) to agree the priorities to assist them / the wider organisation achieve critical goals and objectives.
During her 17 years with the Motorola Corporation, Penny worked extensively on complex organisation change and transition projects (e.g. M&As, Divestitures, Business Restructures) Her professional background and training in psychotherapy has provided valuable tools and insight into the many challenging aspects of helping business leaders and their teams understand and address group dynamics to support organisational growth, business development and performance.
Penny is an experienced leadership coach, and has also delivered programmes to build coaching capability. She has overseen the management of the regional coaching process within Motorola, including HR training, liaison with external coaches, and the use of 360 /other assessment tools.
