Mike Hickes (England based)

Mike Hickes is an executive coach and accredited psychotherapist. With more than 20 years senior international management experience with a Fortune 50 telecommunications Corporation, he has held senior VP posts in Europe, Asia and the United States. Mike has coached leaders at all levels and in a wide range of organizations and countries, from small start-up and charities to large global corporations, and has also designed a training program to help business leaders and HR professionals develop and apply coaching skills.

This is delivered both through open programs at a large private university in London, Regent's College, and 'in house' delivery for specific business organizations, the most recent client being a major international bank. In addition to his performance coaching work Mike also consults with leaders on business and sales development, HR strategic planning, organization development and outsourcing. Recent clients have included a US telecommunications start up, an aerospace corporation in the UK and a major multi national in the pharmaceutical industry in North America. Mike holds a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy, an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy, a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management and is a member of the UKCP, BACP and SEA.
