Matt Driver (Scotland based)
Matt Driver is a talented senior consultant, facilitator and coach. He was previously head of leadership development at the BBC where he ran a fully trading profit centre and headed up major leadership programmes. He has also worked as a coach to senior staff and as a consultant to overseas broadcasting associations.
Fluent in French and Italian and able to speak in five other languages, Matt is a superb linguist. He is also highly qualified in personnel management, organisational psychology and counselling while also being qualified in a number of psychometric instruments.
Recently, Matt has been running change workshops for Channel 4 and the Royal Mail while continuing to train BBC editors and managers. He is a skilled performer who enjoys using humour in his work. Matt is currently involved in development work with one of the new NHS Workforce Development Confederations.
