Kevin Parker

Kevin Parker is a leading European consultant in the areas of change management, performance and leadership.  A former Senior Partner of PA Consulting Group’s European Change Management Practice, Kevin is listed in the “Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Elite’ for his contribution to the country’s business success.  He is an honours graduate in Economics from the University of Bristol and a Fellow of the British Institute of Management.

Before this Kevin had roles as a Human Resources Director and in Industrial Relations in the car industry and specifically in the Rover Group, where he was involved in negotiating and implementing major changes in working practices.

Kevin has been guiding many clients in maximising the potential of their organisations through strategically focussed change and performance programmes, since the mid 80’s. He is a qualified coach and NLP practitioner and has coached CEOs from a variety of organisations through difficult and challenging situations.

He is joint author of ‘How to Take Part in the Quality Revolution’ and ‘The Total Quality Experience - A guide for the continuing journey’, the combined sales of which total 150,000 copies. He is also a contributor to ‘Sailing through Six Sigma.’
