John Bull (England based)
John Bull is a specialist in the area of performance leadership, John brings to the project a rich experience of having worked with leaders from a wide range of sectors including high performance sport, new media & technology, financial services, tourism, manufacturing, construction and economic development.
While a graduate of Business Economics and Marketing, his interest in performance leadership grew more out of his early involvement in sport science in his native land of New Zealand and while still in his twenties he was involved in a project to benchmark the country’s top performing business leaders and sports team managers.
He has continued this commitment to research to keep his approach to consulting fresh, focusing in recent years on the challenge of developing the leadership capacity of organisations, as opposed to just individuals; and he is currently involved in an international research project into the lessons for business from high performance environments in sport.
