Fiona Gifford (Scotland based)
Fiona Gifford is the Founding Member and Managing Director of The Performance Collective and co-architect of the LEAP High Performance Model. Fiona has over twenty five years’ personal experience of leading and developing high performing teams and is passionate about the subject. For the last 10 years, Fiona has specialised in supporting the delivery of exceptional performance through her work in leadership, team and organisation development.
She is a sought-after executive and team coach and has coached many senior leaders in both the public and private sectors. Fiona has developed expertise in coaching high potential emerging leaders and High Performance Coaching; a leadership-based approach to creating the conditions for High Performance in teams.
Her early career focused on delivering strategic change in blue chip organisations and she held senior positions in HR, OD, Regional Service Delivery, Shared Services and Change Management at NEC, Motorola and RBS Group. She has led and delivered large-scale, global programmes through multi-cultural and virtual teams and has an exceptional track record of success.
Fiona holds an MA(hons) and MBA from the University of Edinburgh and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a qualified MBTI practitioner. She also holds Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC. Fiona has studied High Performance Leadership for many years and is an alumni of programmes on this subject at both Harvard and IMD.
