Craig Wardman is a Learning Consultant and Coach specialising in highly effective, motivational delivery and facilitation of development programmes and one-to-one coaching. He has extensive experience of working with multi-national organisations in both the private, public & voluntary sectors. He has expereince in finance, health & community care, education, telecommunications, media & newspapers, oil & petroleum, construction, energy, pharmaceuticals, automotive, food, retail & travel sectors in the U.K., Europe & the Middle East & the Southern Hemisphere.
Craig is a National Association of Coaching accredited Professional Coach, CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) qualified Facilitator & an NLP Practitioner. He is an accredited Behavioural Analyst, using of the innovative ‘Colours’ & Myers Briggs as well as ‘DISC’ behavioural / personality profiling tools to maximise individual & team performance.
Craig’s extensive coaching experience includes coaching senior people leaders & executives as well as middle & first line management. Career coaching, personal change, influencing others and overcoming life & work challenges are key areas of coaching focus.
