Bernadette Kiely (Ireland based)
Bernadette Kiely is an experienced Executive Business Coach & Mentor. She consults with both Public and Private Companies, providing coaching, guidance and hands on practical support to address strategic business issues in real time environments. She has significant experience of start up operations, mergers & acquisitions; outsourcing; organization & programme design; managing growth and downsizing organizations plus global project/programme management expertise. She lectures & mentors at the Irish Management Institute.
Bernadette has held senior leadership positions in the Pharmaceutical and Electronics industry specifically, Baxter Travenol; Analog Devices BV; Amdahl Ireland; Motorola Inc, both nationally and internationally. Her key skills are People Leadership; Strategic Planning and Execution; Facilitation, Mentoring and Coaching; Operational Management and Change Management.
Educated in the University of Limerick, Ireland, Bernadette is a graduate in Business Studies and holds a Diploma from the Institute of Personnel & Development, a Diploma in Executive & Business Coaching and a Diploma in Company Directorship from the IoD. Bernadette is an elected member of council at the Irish Management Institute, Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, Member of the Institute of Directors, Associate Member of the European Coaching Institute, Member of the Life & Business Coaching Association of Ireland and is an Non Executive Director on the Boards of two SME’s.
