Ann Astell (Scotland based)
Ann Astell is a chartered psychologist with over 25 years experience as a consultant in the fields of people and organisation development. She brings extensive experience of all dimensions of bringing psychology to organisational thinking and people performance. Alongside two degrees in Psychology, she is an associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Fundamental to Ann’s approach to personal development is self-awareness raising using challenging practical interventions and self development techniques. She has designed and delivered a full range of development tools, from core management skills to strategic thinking. She is an accomplished team and individual performance coach.
Ann holds an MA (hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology Member and she is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
