Fiona Gifford is the Founding Member and Managing Director of The Performance Collective and co-architect of the LEAP High Performance Model. Fiona has over twenty five years’ personal experience of leading and developing high performing teams and is passionate about the subject. For the last 10 years, Fiona has specialised in supporting the delivery of exceptional performance through her work in leadership, team and organisation development.
James Bowen is a Partnership Member of The Performance Collective and co-architect of the High Performance Model. James Bowen is an expert in strategy and organisational design and a performance consultant with over 13 years of experience. He is also Managing Director of Kotinos Partners Limited. Now based in Dublin James has worked in the UK, USA, Asia and Ireland with First Genesis Ireland, pmpgenesis, Marakon Associates, Andersen Business Consulting and Deloitte Consulting.
Brian MacNeice is a Partnership Member of The Performance Collective. He is Managing Director of Kotinos Partners and advises leading Irish and international businesses on strategy and performance. Brian has led numerous assignments with clients in a diverse range of industry sectors, including Food and Drink, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise Development, Health, Financial Services, Software, Technology, Sport and Leisure and Utilities.
Bernadette Kiely is an experienced Executive Business Coach & Mentor. She consults with both Public and Private Companies, providing coaching, guidance and hands on practical support to address strategic business issues in real time environments. She has significant experience of start up operations, mergers & acquisitions; outsourcing; organization & programme design; managing growth and downsizing organizations plus global project/programme management expertise. She lectures & mentors at the Irish Management Institute.
Kevin Parker is a leading European consultant in the areas of change management, performance and leadership. A former Senior Partner of PA Consulting Group’s European Change Management Practice, Kevin is listed in the “Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Elite’ for his contribution to the country’s business success. He is an honours graduate in Economics from the University of Bristol and a Fellow of the British Institute of Management.
Mark is a leadership coach with extensive experience in executive and leadership development. Born and educated in Scotland, Mark is an honours graduate in Scots and European law, publishing a paper on the role of the law in the protection of women. Mark spent several years practising as a criminal defence lawyer in Edinburgh. In 1996 he moved to England to join Mars Confectionery where he worked as a National Account Manager and Project Manager connecting keen business acumen to his strong interpersonal skills.
Ann Astell is a chartered psychologist with over 25 years experience as a consultant in the fields of people and organisation development. She brings extensive experience of all dimensions of bringing psychology to organisational thinking and people performance. Alongside two degrees in Psychology, she is an associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Matt Driver is a talented senior consultant, facilitator and coach. He was previously head of leadership development at the BBC where he ran a fully trading profit centre and headed up major leadership programmes. He has also worked as a coach to senior staff and as a consultant to overseas broadcasting associations.
