High Performance Leadership Pilot at Tennents

The Performance Collective launched a pilot of High Performance Leadership at Tennents' in October 2011. We were introduced to Tennents by its close cousin in the C&C Group, Bulmers. In 2009 and 2010, Bulmers' management team delivered impressive results after applying the High Performance Environment framework. The Tennents' Leadership Team have great ambitions for their performance and their programme is highly results orientated.

Tennents' is an iconic Scottish brand with a proud history of brewing in Glasgow since 1885. Tennent's Lager has achieved widespread acclaim for its long standing commitment to football and music in Scotland, founding Scotland's top music festivals, "T in the Park"®. The business also has a close association with football as the official club sponsor of both Glasgow Rangers and Celtic, as well as Preston North End, the English Championship team.
